UKPrinting.com produce an enormous range of bespoke products including: leaflets, posters, brochures and several thousand promotional products. Our website is continually evolving to provide unique printed products and innovative online services.
Our strategy is simple. We will constantly strive to improve our online offering while at the same time develop our internal sales and production teams. As a rapidly growing company we have an ongoing requirement for office based Account Managers. UKPrinting gets thousands of unique visitors every week and this generates a considerable amount of enquiries and activity! We are therefore always interested in hearing from fellow print professionals with a background in print production or promotional products. UKPrinting is an exciting, fun and rewarding place to work. We also have the financial support of a larger Group, 3PDirect Ltd. We offer a competitive salary and quarterly commission package for the right self-driven professionals.
Working in a busy team, the role is mostly office based and a mixture of sales and customer service. Our Account Managers provide ongoing support to new and existing customers and deal with several enquiries per day by phone, email and the web site. We are looking for the following skill set:
* Excellent communication skills
* A good track record in print customer service or promotional product sales
* Commercial and administration skills and the ability to juggle several projects at the same time!
